Merchandising Specialist

Merchandising Specialist:

Merchandising Specialist is a key position to help GMV growth in a whole-shopping-chain mindset. Will be in charge of front display and be responsible for before-during-after selling stages' data analysis, and closely follow up analysis for pre-plan category strategy and catch up new trends.

Responsabilities:

> Responsible for exposure strategy, including IN_APP plans, MKT docking plans, Landing pages.

> Crucial festival campaigns plans, coordinating planning&shooting flow.

> Whole-shopping-chain data analysis and data deck optimization.

> Responsible for analysis and closely follow up new trends.

> New functions raise and follow up.

Requirements:

> 1 years experience.

> Full graduation.

> High attention to detail and very organized.

> Highly responsible and quick response.

> Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.

> Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel).

> Self-starter, always bringing new insights.

> English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.

> Previous experience in Merchandising and other marketplaces is a plus.
