Merchandising Leader

Merchandising Leader:

The Merchandising Leader will lead merchandising team and help local BD team growth in 4 aspects: managing local platform campaigns, managing local first-party collection in whole shopping chain growth, connecting local team with china teams and providing exposure plans for different projects

Responsabilities:

IN-APP: Control IN-APP local tab calendar and be responsible for visual performance.

3P: Responsible for annual campaigns, follow up all function publishment, set campaign KPIs.

1P: Responsible for collection display plan, discover category developing opportunities in whole-shopping chain mindset, set collection KPIs and fulfill.

Projects: Provide merchandising support for all projects, including exposure plan and data analysis.

Requirements:

> 3 years experience.

> Full graduation.

> Decent data analysis skills.

> High attention to detail and very organized.

> Smart cross-dept communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.

> Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel).

> English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.

> Previous experience in Merchandising and other marketplaces is a plus.
