We are currently looking for a Legal Trainee to support the International

activities for four (4) months starting in May 2024.

• The projects to work on may be related to legal researches on the following activities, non-exhaustive list and the harmonization and improvement of templates of agreements:
• Public tenders in particular for price increases / effect of inflation / hardship
• Special commercial offers : combined sales /packages (with competition law rules, EU and local ones)
• Rebates / discounts / free of charge products (with competition law rules, EU and local ones)
• Harmonization and improvement of templates of agreements

Qualifications :

• Education: Master in Business Law.
• Language skills: English fluent. Italian or German is a plus
• Computer Skills: Proficient in use of the computer and software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• and Outlook.
• Other Skills: Excellent communication skills. Good written communication skills and contract drafting skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; team player, able to learn and apply new information, skills and procedures.
• One semester/year of studies abroad is a plus
