Our Team

CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

-Responsible for operating the recruitment and management CapCut creators, and mainly focus on the mid-tier creators.

-Manage the education and training system of CapCut creators, delivering knowledge of the editing and platform regulations and improving their in-app performance.

-Collaborate with the content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production.

-Build long-term relationships with new and existing users in the social media and entertainment industry and follow through to a successful agreement.

- Possess a strong understanding of our product, our competition in the industry and position to leverage them into impactful marketing activities.

Job Description

-2+ years of working in content creator's operation or related programs. Experience with short video creators/ MCNs for local marketing is preferred.

-Good at communication and passion with creator’s operation work.

-Familiar with digital content eco-system/platforms and data analytics.

-Fluent in English and French, experienced in remote online collaboration, and highly committed to the position.
