Job Description

General duties include clerical tasks, such as:
1) Administrative: Drafting documents and correspondence, scheduling, answering telephones, ,
2) Marketing: Maintaining enrollment data, preparing reports, email blasts, social media
3) Simple bookkeeping: payables, processing claims, purchasing

Job Requirements

Must possess excellent typing skills, strong oral and written skills, and the ability to communicate well with others. They must be able to work independently or on a team with other administrative professionals. Knowledge of computers, software, databases, and word processing programs is necessary.

Academic qualifications:
- a bachelor's degree, an associates degree or is a high-performing upperclassman (junior or senior year in a bachelor's degree program)
