WHO ARE WE?
We're an online publishing company aiming to help overworked and stressed-out entrepreneurs take back their lives and fall in love with their businesses again. The primary way we do that is through our flagship product, Source it!, which Forbes calls "the world's premier education in online hiring and outsourcing for entrepreneurs." It also went to a multi-six figure level within our first six months of launching — no big deal.
To continue helping our audience, we're launching a new podcast — and we need a team to deliver our message to the world.
On "The Happy Entrepreneur" podcast, our CEO Bonnie Fahy will teach entrepreneurs not only how to have the best business possible, but how to truly enjoy their lives along the way through positive psychology and personal development. We believe that when people invest in their self-transformation and happiness, they can heal relationships, community, and the world.
We're a fun and friendly team who truly values the well-being of everyone we bring on board. As firm believers of the power of kindness in the workplace, we're dedicated to uplifting, supporting, and growing every person on our team. We make sure our team members have plenty of freedom and flexibility to recharge and have fun — major perks of working as a remote team!

You love making a plan and sticking to it! The idea of being in charge of managing an entire podcast is super exciting to you.
You’re masterful at tapping into the unique voice of our brand. You know how important editing to fit the brand and narrative is and can tell when the humor is coming through and when something needs a re-edit.
You have a positive mindset and believe in always keeping a solution-focused, everything-is-figure-outable attitude.
You listen to podcasts regularly and think it would be amazing to run one.
You’re inspired by the idea of working in a modern, digital space and know it’s an incredible opportunity for learning, experience, and growth.
You strive to find a career that allows you to contribute to making a happier world.
You’re a quick learner who loves researching and implementing new ideas they find. You don’t need anyone holding your hand through the learning process.
You’re detail-oriented. Accurate is your middle name, and a disorganized Google drive makes your skin crawl.
You love the idea of working independently while still being a team player.
You think getting in on the ground floor of an exciting new project is exactly what you hoped for in an internship.
THIS JOB IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF:
You don't have at least 15-20 hours a week to dedicate to the position.
You struggle with time management, and projects sometimes take you significantly longer than you thought they would.
You've never listened to a podcast.
You have trouble speaking your mind when conflict comes up — or you speak your mind too harshly.
You're enthusiastic about starting new projects, but you're not as great at finishing them.
"Deadline" feels like a scary word.
You're just doing this for college credit.
Remote or in-person: You can work remotely or come into our beautiful coworking New York office, meet and collaborate and build this intern community.

You’ll get incredible bragging rights – Imagine walking into your dream job interview, and being able to say, “I helped pitch, plan, and implement a successful social media strategy from start to finish. And we got TONS of sales.” Trust us, your future employer will be impressed.
You’ll understand how to be irresistible – To put it bluntly, when you work with a world-class hiring expert, like Bonnie, you’ll learn to reverse engineer the hiring process. You’ll learn what’s marketable and what’s not from the other side of the table. Many of the team members who have worked with Bonnie have rapidly increased their hourly rate after understanding this.
You'll be part of an incredible team. We're firm believers in the power of kindness in the workplace and are dedicated to uplifting, supporting, and growing every person on our team while we get incredible results.
You'll help change lives. You'll read thank you notes from customers who write about what their lives were like before and after being exposed to the material that we create, and you'll get a HUGE glow in knowing you were key executor in them receiving that material.
