WHO ARE WE?
We're an online publishing company aiming to help overworked and stressed-out entrepreneurs take back their lives and fall in love with their businesses again. The primary way we do that is through our flagship product, Source it!, which Forbes calls "the world's premier education in online hiring and outsourcing for entrepreneurs." It also went to a multi-six figure level within our first six months of launching — no big deal.
To continue helping our audience, we're launching a new podcast — and we need a team to deliver our message to the world.
On "The Happy Entrepreneur" podcast, our CEO Bonnie Fahy will teach entrepreneurs not only how to have the best business possible, but how to truly enjoy their lives along the way through positive psychology and personal development. We believe that when people invest in their self-transformation and happiness, they can heal relationships, community, and the world.
We're a fun and friendly team who truly values the well-being of everyone we bring on board. As firm believers of the power of kindness in the workplace, we're dedicated to uplifting, supporting, and growing every person on our team. We make sure our team members have plenty of freedom and flexibility to recharge and have fun — major perks of working as a remote team!

THIS IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:
You’ve long had an interest in the entertainment and lifestyle industries and think a career in that field would be incredible.
Love Storytelling - You know how to tap into a brand and bring our message to life.
Obsessed with great design - You’re more obsessed with the overall theme of your Instagram feed than most.
Love social media. You have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
Natural Social Skills - You understand how to positively engage and interact with people online and create genuine business relationships through conversation.
Excellent written and communication skills - you have the ability to generate original and interesting content
You have an eye for beautiful aesthetic, design and creative style. Knowledge of photo editing and light retouching in provided apps is super fun for you.
Impact-driven - You want to contribute to making a happier world. You're hungry for a lot of responsibility — and impact early in your career.
Learn rapidly and independently - You don't need anyone to hold your hand through the learning process. You love the idea of getting access to thousands of dollars of courses and creating a strategy that you and the team can implement.
Detail-oriented - Accurate is your middle name, and a disorganized Google drive makes your skin crawl.
Independent worker - You love the idea of working independently while still being a team player.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS ROLE:
You'll get to do what you love. Your impact will be massive, and you'll be proud of knowing the positive contribution you're creating.
You'll learn non-stop. You'll learn the ins and outs of online marketing, content development, cutting-edge lead generation techniques, how to build a thriving community in record time, and so much more. You’ll have access to tens of thousands of dollars of courses, which you can learn and implement with us.
You'll laugh a lot. We love to have fun. Our brand can be very funny. And we believe laughter is essential for having a happy life. So, yes, you’ll likely laugh a lot in this job. :)
You’ll uncover a life-altering skillset – No matter what you want to do in life, building a team is a non-negotiable for rapid growth. Learning how to do that on ANY budget, can transform any dream you have --- whether that’s creating a podcast, growing a social media company, or simply being a job applicant with early management experience --- and it makes it a reality. Welcome to the next level, my friend. We’re excited for you.
You’ll get incredible bragging rights – Imagine walking into your dream job interview, and being able to say, “I helped pitch, plan, and implement a successful social media strategy from start to finish. And we got TONS of sales.” Trust us, your future employer will be impressed.
You’ll understand how to be irresistible – To put it bluntly, when you work with a world-class hiring expert, like Bonnie, you’ll learn to reverse engineer the hiring process. You’ll learn what’s marketable and what’s not from the other side of the table. Many of the team members who have worked with Bonnie have rapidly increased their hourly rate after understanding this.
You'll be part of an incredible team. We're firm believers in the power of kindness in the workplace and are dedicated to uplifting, supporting, and growing every person on our team while we get incredible results.
You'll help change lives. You'll read thank you notes from customers who write about what their lives were like before and after being exposed to the material that we create, and you'll get a HUGE glow in knowing you were key executor in them receiving that material.
