The IT Intern supports end users with first level help desk issues that require hands on attention. The Intern maintains or inventory of programs, computers, and software licenses, while supporting the department with new hire set ups and terminations. The Intern also researches new equipment purchases, as needed and is engaged in ongoing projects to upgrade software, install new software, delete system viruses and malware , etc. This is an unpaid position that is appropriate for a student who can obtain college credit.
Successful applicant must be enrolled in a related degreed program.
