This role will lead SunSources talent acquisition programs through the identification, development, planning, and execution of an innovative talent acquisition strategy that supports company growth goals and aligns with the company mission and core values. This position will also be expected to support full cycle recruitment for approximately seven to ten requisitions. Partner with executive management to thoroughly understand the talent needed to successfully deliver SunSources long term growth strategy and annual goals.
Execute and lead the recruiting team in the full life-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing, candidate assessment, and development of competitive offers while ensuring capabilities are designed, built and deployed to meet the evolving industry talent needs.
Develop and sustain external recruiting relationships and activities to enhance SunSources ability to benefit from those relationships through acquisition of high quality talent (professional and industry associations, industry events, colleges/universities, technical schools, external recruiters/headhunters, and other candidate pipeline influencers)
Coordinate and manage college recruiting and ensuing internship programs
Coach and continuous development of Recruitment team through systematic conversation and activities that provides ongoing feedback and encouragement with the goal of improving performance and professional development.
Provide oversight of the companys applicant tracking system (ATS) and any subsequent system enhancements aimed at maximizing the flow of qualified candidates with emphasis on critical positions.
Compile, analyze and report SunSources recruiting, performance and retention data/metrics identify opportunities to improve high quality candidate flow, screening, processes, and procedures.
Partner with SunSources sales and marketing team to build an employment brand including social media, applicant tracking system, and employee referral programs.
General Education and Experience:
- Education Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Human Resources desired.
- Experience 5+ years of experience leading talent acquisition across multiple business units/companies across multiple locations, in-house or in an RPO environment. 8-10 years full cycle recruiting experience and/or sourcing experience in a high-volume staffing environment, preferably experience recruiting in an industrial environment- (manufacturing or distribution) for a staffing agency.
- Computer Skills Experience with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media tools, and Human Capital Management systems. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications AIRS, TSI, LinkedIn, etc. preferred
