Sales & Marketing Intern

Job Description

• Marketing & promoting e-liquids internationally in predominately French markets such as France, Belgium, Canada, etc.
• Compose and send marketing/sales emails using Microsoft Office suite.
• Manage customer accounts with our CRM Platform via light data entry.
• Participate Sales & Marketing group meetings in our open office environment where you can provide your input on our
sales and marketing strategies.
• Developing and maintaining our business relationships via multiline phone.
• Participate in international projects as needed.
• Take part in launch of new brands, new products and introduce them into vital European markets.
• Be involved in understanding international laws while working in the US.
• All expenses paid travel around the United States and abroad to attend trade shows where you’ll interface directly with
our end consumers and wholesale partners.
• Exposure to senior leadership and other departments within the corporate office.
• Receive mentor-ship and guidance from department leaders.
• Gather insights from customers and associates to improve the company’s touch points and processes locally and
beyond.
• Discover how to market a brand and advertise products in a heavily regulated industry.
• Opportunities to be a brand ambassador in the US & the EU.
• Receive training on a global CRM platform, SalesForce Sales Cloud.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- Bilingual. This position requires someone that can fluently speak English/Spanish or English/Arabic. Applicants who do
not speak Spanish or Arabic will not be considered.
- Comfortable using computers and multi-line phones.
- Comfortable using/navigating the internet, Gmail, Microsoft Office, CRM Platform.
- Comfortable writing emails, talking on the phone and meeting with clients face to face.
- Ability to travel (Domestically and Internationally) is a big plus.
- You're someone whose outgoing, friendly, a team player and you can handle/recover from rejection easily.
- You're someone who can sit or stand for long periods of time.
- You're someone who can follow directions, stay focused and on task with little oversight from management.
- You're someone who has no trouble working in an environment full of distractions.
- You're someone who is punctual and maintains an excellent attendance record.
- You're someone who is comfortable selling and marketing a product you're unfamiliar with.
