Position Summary: We’re seeking a tech-savvy, detail-loving, and energetic Client Services Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our Nashville team. This is a career-building role in financial services with mentorship, licensing support, and a clear growth path. What You’ll Do: Support client onboarding and maintain/update financial “blueprints” Assist with policyholder service (premium tracking, death claims, investment account servicing) Help coordinate 401(k) enrollment prep and plan sponsor communications Manage CRM data, track licenses, and prepare meeting materials Assist with marketing initiatives, newsletters, social media scheduling, and website updates Pitch in on office operations like phones, mail, and supply management (team effort!)
