About the Role Help shape the future of Education at Swinburne in an essential Product Manager role. Working closely with the Associate Director of Product Management, this role is the vital link between Future Students & Marketing and Swinburne’s delivery areas, including schools, vocational education, and research. As the product expert, you’ll optimise positioning, take products to market, and deliver tailored activities that drive recruitment and engagement for both domestic and international cohorts. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless collaboration to achieve enrolment and growth targets. In conjunction with a diverse product portfolio across multiple study areas, you will use market analysis and insights to develop strategies that align with Swinburne’s brand and marketing objectives. You’ll address recruitment, admissions, and market engagement challenges, working with experts to create innovative solutions that enhance the student experience and meet organisational KPIs. About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: • Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans to assist in the achievement of the objectives of Swinburne and the Future Students & Marketing Department. • Identify and diagnose stakeholder group aspirations and challenges and provide evidence-based solutions. • Develop and implement effective strategies in student acquisition by partnering with Future Students & Marketing colleagues, related stakeholders, and leadership. • Translate the overarching brand strategy to portfolio plans and stakeholder context. • Develop proactive and robust relationships with stakeholders, external suppliers and Future Students & Marketing colleagues, and demonstrate shared responsibility and accountability for outcomes. • Develop a robust understanding and knowledge of stakeholder portfolios and provide expert subject matter knowledge & recommendations. Qualifications • Postgraduate qualifications in Marketing or progress towards Marketing postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
