Account Manager

Job Description Job Description Apollo Commercial Maintenance is a leading commercial property maintenance company providing service to industrial, commercial and retail real estate owners and managers in the Chicagoland area. We are looking for full-time Account Managers to join our growing team. Our Account Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and managing and reporting on operational workflow. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and acting as their primary point of contact · Schedule, monitor and report on daily work order status in order to manage client expectations · Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients · Process, manage and ensure resolution of all operational requests from clients · Meet on-site with clients, vendors, inspectors, etc. · Prepare quotes/proposals for maintenance projects and RFPs · Track T&M on projects for invoicing/budget/reporting purposes · Conduct regularly scheduled property inspections to identify and communicate issues/deficiencies directly to clients Qualifications · BI-LINGUAL in English/Spanish a plus · 3-5 years experience in facility services and maintenance · Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues · Organized, independent and detail-oriented · Available for after-hours communication, if necessary · Proficient in technology and social media platforms including Microsoft Word and Excel Company Description Apollo Commercial Maintenance is an established commercial property repair and maintenance company in Wheeling, IL looking for Account Managers to join our growing company.
