A strong team Tracklab was founded in the end of 2022 by: Nicolas Henry (Ginette, Ponts & Chaussées, Columbia University, ex-Uber San Francisco) Fadel Bennani (Stanislas, HEC Paris, ex-Bain & Company) François Cadoret joined the company as Sales Lead (10y-experience in Sales in B2B SaaS, ex-Head of Sales at Regate). Pioneering the AI-powered Technical ERP for Complex Industries Our ambition is to reinvent the traditional TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) model and build the “TIC 2.0”: a technical, AI-powered ERP that becomes the backbone of compliance, data management, and product innovation for industrial companies. We’re hiring a Business Development Representative We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding commercial team and play a key role in Tracklab’s next stage of growth. We want smart, action-oriented teammates who value excellence and are motivated by ambitious collective goals. Working closely with our Sales team, you’ll help execute our go-to-market strategy and support our transition from a rapidly growing startup to an industry leader. Let’s talk. The Role As we accelerate toward €1.5M ARR by the end of 2026, you will be at the heart of our acquisition engine. Your mission will be to initiate strategic conversations with the right stakeholders, identify promising prospects, open high-value discussions, and lay the foundations for future partnerships — with a strong focus on mid-market industrial clients (10–50k€ ARR per deal). The main language is French, but English proficiency is a must-have What you'll achieve Sourcing: Identify and research potential clients who can benefit from Tracklab products Prospection: Reach out to potential leads through creative and strategic outreach campaigns, using both personalized and high-volume tactics. Pinpoint and contact the right decision-makers within target organizations. Qualification: Evaluate the potential of leads to ensure alignment with Tracklab’s target market and the specific needs our product addresses. Schedule qualified meetings by identifying: What the prospect wants to achieve with Tracklab, Who is involved in the decision-making process, The urgency and priority of their challenge. Collaborate with the founders and Sales Lead to continuously improve our sales process, playbooks, and KPIs What we are looking for Expectations: Proactive Sourcing Skills: Ability to creatively identify and tap into potential markets and leads. Strategic Prospection: Experience with high-volume and personalized outreach, adapting tactics to your region markets audience and context. Effective Qualification: Skilled in assessing lead potential, focusing efforts on prospects with the highest conversion likelihood. Adaptability: Nimble in adjusting strategies to meet evolving targets and market conditions. Communication Excellence: Strong email and call communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading potential clients, especially in English. Performance Orientation: Driven by goals, with a track record of exceeding sales targets through effective lead management. Volume Handling and Master Personal Organization: Exceptional ability to manage high volumes of outreach and tasks efficiently, coupled with expert-level personal organization skills. Requirements: At least 1 experience in B2B SaaS Sales (internship or permanent contract).
