Responsibilities and Accountabilities Plan, develop and deliver Oceanias leading AI offerings to our customers. Pre-sales engagement with potential customers at all levels to win new business. Develop proposals for customer solutions and lead responses to tenders Identify and prioritse opportunities for development of IP and lead the creation of solutions. Provide leadership and oversight of AI delivery projects to ensure quality delivery to customers. Contribute to leadership and direction for Fujitsus AI & Data business unit. Manager, mentor and grow the Oceania AI team. Plan resourcing for projects to best meet customer requirements. Liaise with colleagues across Oceania to ensure everyone understands our AI capabilities and the value we provide for customers. Provide thought-leadership on AI for customers, colleagues and the public through blog posts, podcasts, and presentations at events. Collaborate with Fujitsu teams globally to ensure alignment of AI offerings. Collaborate with partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Databricks to plan joint go to market offerings. Requirements Demonstrated AI thought leadership Proven track record in building and leading an AI/data science teams of 10 people. Strong experience of end to end leadership and delivery of enterprise AI programs. Excellent understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle, operating models, best practices and MLOps/LLMops Strong AI solution design capability with enterprise architecture literacy Extensive cloud experience with a knowledge of both Azure and AWS. Exception presales capability, C-suite presentations, RFPs / Tenders, negotiations, and pipeline development Background in consulting, strategy or industry specific experience (Government, Utilities, Healthcare, Finance) Experience implementing AI solutions on the Databricks platform Experience of data platform architectures and implementation. Experience of delivering OT and IoT solutions Knowledge or experience of computer vision solutions Why Fujitsu?
