Field Service Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Field Service Engineer for our client, who is a leading manufacturer of CNC cutting machines. You'll be carrying out installations, service work, troubleshooting, and customer support. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and practical work. Job Responsibilities: Customer Service & Communication : Deliver outstanding service, build strong relationships with customers and the service team Service Delivery & Technical Tasks : Plan and execute service, repair, fault-finding, and assist with installations and manufacturing tasks. Qualifications & Experience: Completed electrical or mechanical apprenticeship within a service, maintenance, or engineering environment Post-apprenticeship experience Experience as a field service engineer Experience with CNC equipment is a strong advantage Other Requirements: Full, clean driving licence Strong focus on safety , reliability, and professionalism Why Apply?
