Junior QS leading NI contractor Work all based in NI We are working with a leading NI contractor to recruit for their new Junior Quantity Surveyor, this is an opportunity not to be missed! All work in is Northern Ireland, no 5am flights out of the city Main contractor with a rich reputation Exceptional career and professional development opportunities Working within a supportive commercial team you will; Assist in preparation and submission of project interim valuations/assessments, variations / compensation events, interim costs reports etc Assist in re-measure of BoQ items and subcontractors Assist in issue of subcontract payment notifications Assist in preparation and submission of Final Account to Employers Representative. Accompany the QS to attend regular progress / commercial meetings with Client and Design Team Assist in the preparation and updating cash flow/expenditure / budget profiles. What we are looking for Degree educated or HLA in related discipline Placement, intern or post graduate experience Full UK driving license In return you can expect an excellent package and progression opportunities.
