Our remote team of 4,000 top 1% tech talent drives global impact worldwide. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Analysts, setting priorities and guiding daily efforts. Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand project needs, skills requirements, and candidate profiles. Define and implement hunting strategies to proactively identify top candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms. Classify candidates based on screening results and interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring teams. What We Are Looking For 5 years of experience in IT Recruiting, with a focus on talent sourcing and hunting. 1 years of experience leading or managing recruitment or sourcing teams. Experience working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. Deep understanding of headhunting within the IT industry. Advanced English Level. Benefits 100% remote work (from anywhere).
