Junior Business Developer Italy M/F/NB (Temporary Contract - Barcelona) Click&Boat is the leading European boat rental platform, providing private and professional boat owners with additional income through rentals while making boating accessible worldwide. Team Supply – manages boat owner relationships to ensure high-quality listings and revenue. Sales – supports tenants from quotation to booking. Customer Care – post‑booking support and issue resolution. You will join the Supply team, a 10‑member unit organized by markets. You’ll work closely with a Lead Account Manager, Account Managers, and collaborators from international markets, Sales, Customer Care, and Finance Operations. Missions Onboarding new partners (80%) – assist owners in creating listings, uploading photos, and using the platform; monitor portfolio performance. Side missions (20%) – operational tasks such as market research and contributions to weekly/monthly BU presentations. Operational Tasks Account Management – help partners maximize their account potential by updating ads, ensuring calendars are current, and answering platform questions.
