As the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for Perioperative Services , you’ll provide both clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level—supporting your team through mentorship, performance management, scheduling, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality surgical care. This state-of-the-art facility provides comprehensive coverage from routine procedures to complex surgeries. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
