The role is based in São Paulo, with three days in the office per week, and candidates must be U.S. qualified and either living in or willing to relocate to São Paulo. Responsibilities Work on high-stakes matters with a cross-border element. Collaborate on cross-border teams handling criminal defense and regulatory enforcement; internal investigations; civil and commercial litigation; class actions; judgment enforcement and asset recovery; and financial products and services disputes. Apply a multidimensional approach to disputes, deploying in-court and out-of-court strategies to resolve business disputes and sovereign-driven investigations. Qualifications Graduated law school (years 2018–2022). U.S. qualified; Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred. Cross-border litigation/disputes experience is a significant advantage. Strong writing, drafting, and editing skills. Fluent English; business-level Portuguese preferred; business-level Spanish a plus.
