About the role: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join their growing team in a mobile Community NDIS role . You will travel across the Sydney region providing face-to-face speech therapy in homes, schools, and childcare settings. While most sessions are in person, telehealth is available upon request . You will be managing a caseload that is approximately 80% paediatric and 20% young adults , with common diagnoses including autism, global developmental delay, Down syndrome, and intellectual disability. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive team. A senior speech therapist is available to provide clinical guidance and mentorship as needed.
