Job Description Job Description Quality Inspector – 1st and 2nd Shift | College Point, NY Johnson Service Group (JSG) is hiring Quality Inspectors for a leading aircraft parts manufacturer in College Point, NY. This role involves performing 1st Piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure all parts meet strict aerospace quality standards. Responsibilities: Inspect, test, and measure materials and products per blueprints and specifications Approve raw materials before production and verify finished items meet requirements Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gages, CMMs) Document inspection results and report test data Recommend process adjustments and maintain acceptable quality levels Qualifications: Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and CMMs Knowledge of AS9100 Aerospace and MIL Standards Detail-oriented, organized, and quality-focused team player Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident Company Description Our people and culture make JSG a great place to work.
