Licensed Electrician – Ontario Join Solina Canada – Excellence in Food Solutions Solina Canada is part of a global leader in the food industry, providing tailor-made ingredient solutions to some of the largest food brands and manufacturers. We combine technical expertise, innovation, and high standards to support safe and efficient food production across North America. We are looking for a Licensed Electrician to join our Ontario team . Role Overview The candidate must be certified under Ontario regulations, particularly with Skilled Trades Ontario , and hold a valid Certificate of Qualification 309A (Licensed Electrician – Construction & Maintenance) or 442A (Certified Industrial Electrician). Experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in an industrial environment is required. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code . Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely. Coordinate with other trades and contractors as needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Qualifications Valid 309A Certificate of Qualification issued by Skilled Trades Ontario . Registered with the Ontario College of Trades . Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed electrician. Working knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
