Job Opening: Senior ServiceNow Developer (3 Positions) Location: 181 Queen Street, Ottawa, ON, K1P 1K9 Job Type: Hybrid Language: English (French bilingual an asset) We are seeking Senior ServiceNow Developers with extensive experience in designing, developing, configuring, and integrating solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM platform . The ideal consultants will bring strong problem-solving skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within an Agile environment. Activities & Deliverables The selected Senior ServiceNow Developers will be responsible for: Designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions across multiple modules. Reviewing and capturing business/functional requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, and process flowcharts. Assessing suitability of ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements. Developing high-level architectural concepts and solution approaches. Delivering rapid prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using ServiceNow. Implementing enhancements, bug fixes, new modules, applications, and 3rd-party integrations. Designing, configuring, testing, and demoing features within Agile sprints. Providing technical assessments and recommendations. Creating technical specifications, documentation, and platform best practices. Establishing guiding principles to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient platform growth. Mandatory Qualifications Candidates must meet the following criteria: College Diploma or University Degree in IT or a related discipline. 7 years of recent hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience. Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules. Experience creating ATF (Automated Test Framework) test cases . Experience building reports and dashboards within ServiceNow. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and/or platform migrations . Proficient in JavaScript, Java, and HTML . Experience integrating ServiceNow with 3rd-party systems and APIs. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment. Qualifications / Preferences Located in the National Capital Region (NCR – Ottawa) and available for hybrid work. Public sector or government project experience. Bilingual (English & French). Possession of ServiceNow certifications such as: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
