Job Description

Process monthly site rosters. Daily capturing of attendance. Generate various daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc work. Check if hours are correct on dummy run reports for wages. Support function to contractor manager. General administration including typing. Answering telephones and handling queries/complaints. Ensue that the company complies with all statutory requirements as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant regulations. Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Sound knowledge and relevant experience in administration Excellent typing skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) Bilingual (English and any other South African Language) Excellent client liaison and administration skills MS Office proficiently (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word) Clean disciplinary and criminal record Must reside in Piet Retief area Own transport
