Job Description
Required Qualifications and Skills: Educational Requirement : Currently enrolled as a second-year student working toward a bachelors degree in finance. Interest in Finance and Retail : A strong interest in finance with a focus on the motor retail industry. Numerical Skills : Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills. Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus) and an understanding of financial software. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solving and Initiative: Ability to think critically and take initiative in solving problems. Teamwork and Independence: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Workload Balance : Ability to manage the demands of working and studying at the same time. Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment. BEE Procurement: Administration assistance. Benefits: Stipend : R10,000 per month for the duration of the internship. Final-Year Bursary: Bursary support for the students final year of studies, subject to programme participation and performance. Professional Development: Hands-on experience in the finance department of a well-established motor retail company.
