Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or Business Administration ideal 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality / restaurant industry Proven track record in restaurant operations, staff supervision, financial management & customer service Experience with systems, inventory control and cash handling Good understanding of health, safety & hygiene compliance Work hours : Monday Friday 8am-5pm, and every first and last weekend of the month will need to be worked The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Oversee daily restaurant operations Budgeting, promotions and cost control Lead, train and inspire team Manage inventory, supplier relations, compliance with health & safety and liquor regulations Collaborate with kitchen, bar and event teams Handle customer feedback and complaints Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently, profitability and in line with company standards Salary: R18 000 per month Provident & Risk benefit Please email detailed CV, supporting documentation and recent payslip through to
