Commercial Director

Overview The Commercial Director is responsible for ensuring that the company achieves its turnover targets, as well as supporting senior management in defining these targets. Responsibilities In this position you will be responsible for the overall sales activities in Spain and North Africa and this includes the following tasks: Prospecting and searching for new potential customers in Spain and North Africa Adding value to existing customers Product presentations Negotiating of terms and prices Closing sales and following up on agreements After-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction Managing and answering customer calls Conducting market research and field surveys, forecasting market developments and anticipating the measures needed to adapt to new trends Trade fair attendance Qualifications Active listening Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and proven leadership competences Active communication Profound problem-solving skills as well as a high grade of flexibility and hands-on mentality Empathy Proactivity Strategic vision and innovation Previous customer service experience Minimum 5 years of work experience ideally in Cosmetic, Food, or Pharmaceutical industries Completed technical or commercial education (university level or similar) Good communication and collaboration skills Excellent command of written and spoken English French skills will be well valued Willingness to travel (up to 60%) and to work in different cultural settings What you can expect working with us Integration in a dynamic team and an international working environment within a 100% family owned company A diverse range of challenging tasks with a high degree of self-responsibility Individual performance will be remunerated and further development professionally supported J-18808-Ljbffr
