Commercial Gas Engineer

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £60,000 per year (dependent on experience) Location: South West London / Surrey Overview: We're looking for two experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to join a well-established and growing team. The role will involve servicing, breakdowns, and small works installations across a range of commercial and domestic heating systems. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned service and maintenance work on commercial and domestic combustion appliances (boilers, water heaters, etc.), plumbing systems, and some HVAC equipment. * Install and replace HVAC appliances, pipework, and plumbing as part of small works projects. * Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in heating systems efficiently. * Maintain accurate service and maintenance records using internal systems. * Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota (currently 1 in 6 weeks). Skills & Experience: * Proven experience with commercial and domestic heating systems (installation and maintenance). * Commercial Gas Safe certification is essential. * Strong knowledge of plumbing and pipework installation. * Ability to write RAMS and Safe Systems of Work. * Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Strong communication and customer service focus. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. * Enhanced DBS required (for work within schools and colleges).
