Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing individuals all the way to offer stage Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates in the USA. Source top talent using a range of cutting edge recruitment software. Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs each month. Requirements: No previous recruitment experience needed, a strong drive to succeed is the only essential! Personable and confidence in speaking with senior level individuals over the phone. Organisation skills are crucial to succeeding in this role. A proactive and goal-driven mindset. Any bachelor's degree is preferable. Ideal candidate: You're an ambitious, money-motivated individual who has a strong drive for success.
