Electrical Engineer – Grade II Listed Building (Split Days) Location: West Central London Salary: £47,000 per annum Shift Pattern: Split Days – Monday to Friday Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM provider, delivering technical services within a prestigious Grade II listed commercial building in West Central London. This is a static site role with a split days schedule, ideal for an engineer with strong building services experience and a keen eye for detail in heritage environments. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site Maintain lighting systems, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and distribution boards Support the operation and monitoring of BMS systems Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and site-specific heritage requirements Assist with minor mechanical tasks and general building services support Liaise with subcontractors and ensure high standards of service delivery Requirements NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Experience working in commercial building services, ideally within heritage or listed buildings Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good understanding of compliance and health & safety standards Benefits Salary of £47,000 Monday to Friday split days schedule Training and development opportunities Pension scheme and company benefits Preserve history while powering the future.
