Psychology Graduate Support Worker for SEMH, Allerdale £90 - 125 per day Full-time, 5 days a week, 8.30am - 3.30pm Tradewind Preston are seeking a Psychology Graduate Support Allerdale for SEMH to join the SEMH School within Allerdale. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will work with a range of pupils to support their development, education, and emotional well-being. Key responsibilities: Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, both in and out of the classroom, to help them achieve their full potential Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualised support plans for each pupil Providing emotional support and guidance to pupils who require it Monitoring and recording pupil progress and reporting back to teachers and senior staff members Ensuring that the school environment is safe, supportive, and nurturing for all pupilsRequirements: A degree in Psychology or a related field Experience working with children with SEMH needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionalsIf you are a Psychology Graduate looking for a challenging and rewarding role in Allerdale, we want to hear from you!
