Apprentice Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 Apprenticeship) Location: Richmond / East Sheen Contract: Full-time, Apprenticeship (Monday to Friday) I am currently working with a small, friendly nursery based in the Richmond/East Sheen area, looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our team as a Level 2 Apprentice Nursery Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in early years education while gaining valuable experience and a recognised qualification. About the Role As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced early years practitioners to support the care and development of children aged 0–5 years. You will learn through hands-on experience and structured training, leading to a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities * Assisting with daily routines, meals, and hygiene * Helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment * Working as part of a small, supportive team * Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures About You They are looking for someone who is: * Enthusiastic, caring, and eager to learn * Reliable and punctual * Able to work well in a small team * Genuinely interested in early years education and child development Requirements * Must be aged 16 or over * Must be available to work Monday to Friday * Eligible to work in the UK * Willing to undertake a DBS check Salary Apprenticeship pay rates vary depending on age What They Offer * Support and guidance from experienced mentors * A welcoming, family-feel nursery environment
