Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and adaptable Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to provide essential ad-hoc and specialist support across our network of primary schools within the Blackpool and Fylde Coast area. This is a crucial, high-impact role offering flexibility and a clear path for professional growth. The Role: You will be instrumental in ensuring students with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) have the targeted support they need to succeed. Your daily focus will include: Targeted Interventions: Delivering personalised academic and behavioural support to help students meet their learning objectives. Emotional & Mental Health Support: Helping students with emotional regulation and promoting positive mental well-being within the classroom. Relationship Building: Establishing positive, trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment. This position offers a unique chance to gain broad, diverse experience by working across various school settings (Primary and occasionally Secondary), expanding both your professional network and expertise. Qualification/Pathway: You must hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) OR be actively working towards one.
