Restaurant Manager - Central London Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focus on providing great food and service to customers. What you’ll be doing As a Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for every guest. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, manage staffing and service standards, and drive both customer satisfaction and business performance. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality Manage staffing levels, rotas, and recruitment to meet service demands Monitor and improve service quality, customer feedback, and guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations Manage stock control, supplier orders, and cost efficiency Support marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and revenue Oversee cash handling, budgets, and financial reporting Working pattern: Monday to Friday What can you bring? Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities A hands-on, proactive approach with high attention to detail Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations Financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and control costs A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Relevant qualifications in hospitality or food safety are desirable Brilliant Work Deserves Brilliant Perks!
