We are currently seeking a Nursery Lunch Cover to join our team. This full-time role requires working 20 hours per week over the lunch period. Please note, this is a year-round position, as the nursery operates throughout the year and is not term-time only. Why Join Us? Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times. Understand the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS and staff: child ratios. Ensure children are supervised and attended to at all times, maintaining appropriate staff: child ratios. Provide the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development. Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Desirable Over 1 years’ experience working in Early Years - Desirable Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Desirable Fluent in written and spoken to English - Essential *Duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive or restrictive, changes and other duties relevant to this post may be added.
