CNC Turner | Verwood, Dorset | Up to £23/hr 33% shift allowance (night shift) Join a long-established precision engineering business renowned for its responsiveness and excellence in delivering complex, quality-critical components to the aerospace sector. This CNC Turner role offers the choice of day or night shifts, excellent benefits, and the chance to work in a modern, well-equipped CNC machine shop. Whether you're a skilled CNC Programmer, Setter, or Operator, this role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work on high-spec aerospace parts in a fast-paced environment. Day shift hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30 Friday 07:30–12:30 Night shift hours: Monday to Thursday 15:30–01:45 (Shift allowance: 33%) As CNC Turner, you will benefit from: Free life assurance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Contributory pension scheme Onsite parking Autonomy and trust to work unsupervised A clean, organised and safety-focused workshop As CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include: Programming and editing NC programmes Setting and running CNC turning centres Producing parts to drawing specifications Completing quality and OEE records Preventing FOD contamination Creating and updating setup sheets As CNC Turner, your experience will include: Time-served apprenticeship Minimum 5 years’ aerospace experience Proven ability to work unsupervised Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with FANUC and Mazak controls Experience in a busy sub-contract machine shop If you're ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
