Our reporting product Portfolio Publisher offers a fully customizable managed reporting solution that integrates FactSet Analytics data with client-specific proprietary data, tailored precisely to meet our clients' unique requirements. Our team is also responsible for the delivery of FactSet Analytics data via reports, flat files, business intelligence tools, and APIs. What You'll Do We are seeking a Technology Consultant to join our Buy‑side Reporting Client and Managed Services team in São Paulo, supporting the FactSet Publisher reporting solution. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the ongoing development and support of our reporting services, collaborating closely with clients, sales, product specialists, and software engineers to deliver effective and tailored reporting solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help enhance the Publisher product line, participate in initiatives that support our business growth, and play an important part in advancing the future of our reporting offerings. Responsibilities Develop and implement high‑quality reporting solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, following best practices. Assist clients in production, helping them achieve their goals using the Publisher tool. Collaborate with engineers to identify, resolve bugs, and test product enhancements. Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, the Publisher team, and FactSet Global Client Services throughout the implementation process. Provide product expertise in various settings, lending support and insights when needed. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Strategy) to contribute to product enhancements, new features, and the integration of cross‑platform FactSet solutions. What We're Looking For Required Skills University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Mathematics. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in C#, HTML, and general programming principles. Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Desired Skills Familiarity with financial instruments or reporting software. Understanding of Razor in C#. Basic SQL knowledge. Knowledge of client‑server‑database architecture.
