The firm is national and has chosen to conduct operation remotely, so the hired attorney can work remotely anywhere in the nation. Qualified candidates must have 5-8 years of corporate counseling or corporate transactional experience from a well-regarded law firm and MUST have significant experience handling blockchain issues, and ideally strong knowledge of non-fungible tokens. The ideal candidate will be able to run transactions with moderate to light supervision. The hired candidate will have immediate client contact on a daily basis.
