The Role We are seeking an ambitious and passionate individual to join our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) team, to strengthen our delivery capability in enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in implementing and customising a number of the Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with surrounding knowledge to validate where alternative approaches may be more suitable. The role will primarily focus on client delivery through workshops, implementation, and adoption of new technology, however, pre and post delivery activities are likely to play a part in the individual’s responsibility as we continue to grow. You will be flexible and require self-management of time, and we encourage our team to split their working hours between home, client visits, and the office, depending on the requirement at the time. Essential Expertise: Strong experience in implementing and customising Dynamics 365 CE solutions in Sales, Customer Service, Customer Journeys (Marketing) and Field Service Continuous development of skills within Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform Proven ability to design and deliver client-centric solutions using the Microsoft 365 platform, with consideration for their existing ways of working within the technology stack Confident execution of client-facing activities, such as workshop delivery, solution playbacks, and UAT reviews Solution validation inside and outside of Dynamics 365 CE, challenging the customer and being able to identify when other alternatives may be more suitable, such as a custom Power App Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders Certification in MB-910: Dynamics 365 “CRM” Fundamentals or PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals Effective time management to establish your preferred ways of working within a larger programme of work to ensure continuous delivery Desirable Expertise: Certification in one of the more advanced Dynamics 365 “CRM” exams, such as Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant, or, in Power Platform, such as Power Platform App Maker Full understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies to set you up for success within Ingentive’s BUILT methodology Past experience in managing backlogs of requirements within Azure DevOps A practical knowledge of governance and security based activities within the Power Platform to manage environments Responsibilities: On a daily basis your varied role will include, but will not be limited to: Managing your own task list to achieve the desired outcomes Continued communication with the client to enable progress as ‘one team’ Delivery of Dynamics 365 CE based engagements in pre-sales, delivery, or post go-live support Quality Measures Your performance will be measured against the achievement of targets, against the objectives and responsibilities listed above, and against the following standard criteria: Delivery of your Management Based Objectives (MBO) set quarterly with your line manager Utilisation metrics measured based on the ability to ‘charge you to a client project Your team-focussed nature to support the wider delivery of enterprise-scale solutions where multiple teams with different focusses and skill sets from Ingentive may be involved Teammates’ benefits: Bonus Schemes Life Assurance Private medical cover Group income protection Great Company Pension Enhanced Sick Pay Enhanced Family Leave Pay Volunteering Leave Teammate recognition scheme Loyalty award scheme 24/7 access to EAP including Wisdom AI app Access to Bright Exchange Online marketplace Remote working with the option to work from our Central London Office Our Purpose and Values Vision - Empowering enterprises to their full potential with intelligent Microsoft solutions Mission - Rapidly delivering intelligent Microsoft technology solutions Values – Passion, Performance, Partnership Successful applicants must have the right to work in the UK and a basic DBS check is required for this position.
