We are expanding quickly and are looking for a driven, charismatic, and sales-minded professional to help elevate our brand, grow revenue, and bring our customer experience to the next level. About the Role We are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Representative who will play a key role in driving the company’s growth. This is not just a sales job — you will directly influence the brand’s visibility, customer engagement, and new revenue opportunities. You will lead sales initiatives across multiple channels, host live streams, manage our social media presence, and help develop innovative strategies to expand our selling platforms. Your work will have a direct and immediate impact on the company’s success. Key Responsibilities Drive and manage daily sales operations across online and offline channels Host high-energy live streams to showcase products and engage customers Create and manage social media content (TikTok, IG, and other platforms) Develop new selling channels and partnerships to expand brand reach Engage with customers , answer enquiries, and provide product expertise Track sales performance , identify trends, and make strategic recommendations Collaborate with the founder on campaigns, promotions, and long-term strategy What We’re Looking For Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable on camera Experience in sales, retail, social media, or live selling (preferred but not essential) A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset Passionate about fashion, luxury goods, or customer experience Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Creative, energetic, and results-driven What We Offer Competitive base salary performance-based commission Career progression as the company grows Opportunity to shape a key part of the business Creative freedom in shaping live content and social presence A dynamic, supportive environment with real responsibility from day one
