Key Responsibilities Full ownership of technical products and end-to-end delivery. Partnering with business users to understand true needs beyond the written requirements. Challenging existing systems and processes to drive innovation and performance. Staying ahead of technology trends and bringing new ideas to the table. Writing clean, maintainable, production-grade code and delivering solutions that scale. What We’re Looking For Exceptional programming ability in C#/.NET, or other OO languages such as Java or Python. Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with Azure or AWS. A problem-solver with intellectual curiosity, creativity, and commercial awareness. Confident communicator - able to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-driven, and accountable. Minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science (or closely related field) from a Russell Group University - this is a strict requirement.
