Safe Accommodation Manager Full time - 37 hours Leicester £15.74 A charity that supports victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence is seeking a hands-on Safe Accommodation Manager to oversee refuge and dispersed accommodation projects in Leicestershire. As the Manager, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers, oversee client support and safeguarding, and develop services to ensure safe accommodation for those in need. What You'll Do: Lead and support staff and volunteers, managing rotas and referrals. Oversee client casework and develop individual support and safety plans. Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring high standards of care. Contribute to service development and partnership working with external agencies. What We're Looking For: Experience supervising staff in supported accommodation or refuge settings. Knowledge of safeguarding, domestic abuse, and housing rights.
