Job post summary Date posted: 11 November 2025 Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour Job Description: Sales Receptionist / Spa Therapist wanted for busy Southside Beauty Spa and Facial Bar. Must be flexible with working hours and be able to work weekends. Job Requirements: This is a dual-role post. The candidate must be able to carryout reception duties and also massage, facials and waxing treatments. Must have excellent telephone skills Exceptional customer service skills. A warm, friendly demeanor with a ready smile. Diary management is essential. Must have experience in computer booking system - Knowledge of Phorest is advantageous. Confident salesperson. Be able to upgrade treatment bookings. Will be required to gain vast knowledge of our multi brand skincare and confident to retail. Good organisational skills. Social Media skills is advantageous.
