To help us develop our network in France, we are recruiting an Assistant Project Manager (Infrastructures de Recharge pour Véhicules Électriques) located preferably in Lyon or París , open to explore other locations. Your responsibilities: The role of the Assistant Project Manager is to help the Project Manager take an EV charging infrastructure project and ensure that it is deployed on time, on budget, and on scope. To achieve this, the assistant project manager has a series of internal and external teams and resources to help manage. Ensure that all initial documentation and information is complete in order to be able to carry out the project, and be knowledgeable about it. Ensure and drive the licensing and authorization process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is produced in coordination with the corresponding internal departments and external partners. Coordinate grid connection request with DSO. Help Coordinate the entire procurement process for supplies, contractors, and logistics, together with the Procurement department. Ensure the scope of the project to be tendered is complete, participate in the tender awarding process (preparation, offers assessment, negotiation), control procurement times, pursue contractual closing to launch works. Help Coordinate the execution of the works: construction, installation, commissioning. Ensure compliance with the planned schedule; manage problems arising on site with the Site Management and Contractor, coordinate site works with DSO grid connection works, etc. Manage budget and deviations. Help tracking the billing of equipment and services. Ensuring that all documentation is obtained for legalization and coordinating its presentation to the corresponding bodies. Ensure with the Operations team, the commissioning of the recharging station. Responsible for the administrative and contractual follow-up of theprojects. Closing and documentation of the project. Guarantee the quality, procedures, and safety of the installations commissioned by subcontractors and installation partners, ensuring: Acting as the single point of contact throughout the deployment process with installation partners to support them with their technical and operational needs. Overseeing the proper implementation of procedures, the selection of equipment, and the configuration of these devices as defined in advance by the Product Expert, to ensure the final delivery of the infrastructure. Being responsible for the validation of infrastructures, checking the associated technical audit documents, and ensuring the follow-up and preparation of the commissioning of the installations. Your profile: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering , ideally with a specialization in electricity , and available for a 2-year apprenticeship . A strong motivation to develop technical and commercial skills in the field of electrical infrastructure and construction project management Capable of working autonomously , with a sense of ownership , the ability to prioritize , and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment A problem-solver , eager to support the continuity and success of ongoing projects Strong communication skills , including the ability to interact professionally with public administrations and external stakeholders. Comfortable with multitasking and handling several projects or assignments in parallel Interest or prior academic exposure to the electrical sector , with a curiosity for electric mobility and charging stations (IRVE) – practical experience is a plus but not required.Willingness to travel within France 25% of the time and a valid driver’s license. [CM1] High level of spoken and written French and English.
