You will assist customers across various industries to successfully onboard and use our AI software tools, as well as complete other internally required support tasks. For recent graduates or those new to the workforce, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technology, project coordination, and customer support. Job Responsibilities: 1. Support the pre-sales and sales teams in helping local customers complete localization testing and the use of AI software tools; 2. Facilitate efficient communication between BrazilianPortuguese and English stakeholders; 3.Visit client offices on demand, provide support, and ensure normal product usage; 4.Learn and master company AI products in order to serve customers effectively; 5. Conduct basic data checks to ensure the accuracy of AI output; 6.Provide internal teams with improvement suggestions based on customer interactions and observations; 7. Complete other internally required support tasks. Requirements: 1. Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English/Chinese; 2. Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Brazil or China; 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 4. Detail-oriented, able to work independently; 5.Enjoy handling data or language-related tasks; 6. Team player, able to complete tasks as required; 7. Available to work for 6 months, open to PJ cooperation. Work Arrangements: -Hybrid office (remote on-site); -Must be able to work full-time on-site at client offices in São Paulo for certain periods; Flexibility required, able to adapt to changing work schedules
