About the role We are seeking a ServiceNow Principal Consultant. To drive opportunities across CASE Accounts and lead and manage CASE team members working to deliver ServiceNow technical services to ensure a high degree of satisfaction to the customer, while being a role model to other consultants. This role offers hybrid working. This role can be based in Melbourne or Brisbane. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Leading the customer with world class business or technical advisory and ensuring that the tools made available are utilised appropriately to maximise the probability of renewals. Proactively driving new opportunities on CASE Accounts to identify opportunities Assisting Sales and Presales to proactively grow the list of active CASE customers through the acquisition of new logos. Achieving ongoing operational efficiencies. tributing to the growth of Enable’s culture and ways of working. Maintaining an active Career Development Plan with career, training and certification goals achieved on time. Requirements and Experience Must-Have: 9 years successful ServiceNow support/delivery General understanding of ServiceNow licensing Understanding of, and ability to adapt to, both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies Additional ServiceNow Certifications or Accreditations. Technical Advisory Pathway IT Degree, relevant tertiary education in Computer Science or relevant experience. Certified to deliver 4 CASE business entitlements Business Advisory Pathway ServiceNow Presales accreditation in 3 product lines Certified to deliver 3 CASE business entitlements Why Fujitsu?
