Organized into several Impactful networks and a global social movement, SotG Global aims to redefine winning across all sectors of society. Role Description The Europe Retreats Director will play a key leadership role in expanding the Spirit of the Game Foundation’s presence across Europe. You’ll help grow our audience for current retreats and lead the scaling of our program from 3 retreats in the next 4 months to 18 retreats across Europe in 2026. This is a remote, volunteer position in our pre-revenue phase, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for social impact. Stipend will start as soon as you can help drive increased enrollment to our currently planned events, with significant bonuses for each extra event you help bring to fruition. You will be leading a team of volunteers, as well as expert facilitators, and negotiating partnerships. If you don't have extensive experience in all these areas, you will need to be willing to learn. Success in the corporate world is typically less relevant than startup success at this current phase.
