Job Description

EHU Álava, Principality of Asturias, Spain PhD Candidate Recruitment (FPI contract) Transcriptional networks in cancer and immunity Lab, UPV/EHU. We are seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate to join our laboratory for a project focused on transcriptional networks governing tumor development and immune regulation. This position is funded by a 4‑year FPI contract (State Agency for Research, AEI, Spain), and includes social security and health insurance. Our group, led by Ana M. Zubiaga and Jone Mitxelena, is based at the Maria Goyri Biotechnology Center, UPV/EHU Science Park, and integrated within the Faculty of Science and Technology of the UPV/EHU Campus of Biscay. Qualifications Degree in Biosciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, etc.). Official Master in Biosciences. What We Value Strong academic performance in BSc studies (>7.5/10). Previous experience in molecular and cell biology, and work with mouse models. Training in (bio)informatics. Fluency in English.
